REFUGE
Living in a time where love has no meaning, and it appears to be gone, God has not lost His love for mankind. I John 4:8 tells us that God is love. That means that love is a part of God’s character, and He does not change, Malachi 3:6. To live in a world of uncertainty and know without a doubt there’s someone who genuinely loves us, is good news.
To learn of God’s love for us, we need to maintain a relationship with Him. The same way you would maintain a relationship with your friend(s). With God, you must pray and read His Word (Bible). Share with God all the things that you are concerned about. He is also concerned with those things that you are concerned about, I Peter 5:7.
Because Jesus paid a price to restore mankind’s relationship with God, we must acknowledge Him in what we do, Colossians 3:17.
