Honoring Jesus Christ
Scripture tells us, “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.” John 3:16. Praise God! This is one of my favorite scriptures, because it lets me know that I am loved. If I believed that no one else loves me, I know that God loves me, and accepts me for who I am. I have to have enough faith in God’s Word to know that His love for me is true.
Jesus Christ our Savior and Lord made it possible for mankind to establish a relationship with God, I Timothy 2:5. As Christians, we should honor Jesus for what He unselfishly did for us. For without His obedience, where would we be? Pause and think on that for a moment. Jesus is so worthy of our praise and honor everyday of our lives. He is King of kings, and Lord of lords, I Timothy 6:15. As Christians, we should not be ashamed to acknowledge our High Priest, but boldly display a life in Christ before a lost and dying world.

Mankind was not designed to carry stress. The command in Genesis 1:28, is to be accomplished God’s way, II Samuel 22:31, Matthew 11:28-30. But in today’s society the thing is to make your accomplishments quick, so people are taking more that they should. Even some Christians have bought into the world’s way of doing things.
All of God’s people have a purpose on this earth. By committing our lives to God, He will direct us in the way that we should go. And how to go about accomplishing what we need to accomplish in the time frame we need to accomplish it stress free. Selah!
